Here is a quick  Bio:

I started playing trumpet at age 9. Having a father who also played trumpet, along with taking private lessons at a local music store, made it really easy for me to learn. By age 15, I was playing Lead Trumpet in the San Diego All City Jazz Band. In the early 80's, I started teaching at Thearle Music where I taught Music Theory and performance in group and private settings, along with coaching High School bands within the San Diego School District.

Professionally, I have worked as a soloist, studio musician, pit orchestra musician, lead & section player, and has worked with many local San Diego and LA bands. I also played lead trumpet with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Orchestra. I have worked with the following artists: The Diamonds, The Platters, The Drifters, Four Tops, Temtations, Osmond Brothers, Clint Holmes, Charo, Ben Vereen, Mary Wilson (The Supremes), Peter Noone (Herman's Hermits), Micky Dolenz (The Monkeys), Concert Violinist Maria Neglia, Comedians Joey Van and Yacov Noe. After returning to San Diego in 2000, I continued my career in music as a performer and instructor.

Thank you for checking out my website.

Currently, I am associated with several performing groups around San Diego County. Music ranging from Big Band Jazz to R&B Dance. I teach music privately and at a Private School in Fallbrook, CA as well as writing and arranging.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in hiring a great band for your occasion, need full band or horn arrangements . . . and/or  if you are interested in private lessons.
